The first collection on the list is AlvaroTrigo, which has a list of 10 options for Hamburger Menu designs. These come with code included to properly format them in both HTML and CSS. They range from simple unanimated menus, to fully overlaid and changing-depth menus.
Going for a much larger list of UI's, CodeMyUI has a list of 35 different options for menu designs. Despite this large quantity, they didn't reduce the quality, as the worst you can get with these menus is a degree of minimalism of black/white/grey colors. Otherwise, the options all seem to be heavily responsive and well designed.
The last site on the list is actually two sites. Appcode lists the designs and shows what they look like, while codepen gives the full code in both HTML and CSS necessary for you to apply the design.
In Summary, we showed four different sites, alvarotrigo, CodemyUI, appcode, and codepen that gave various designs for Hamburger Menus, in a variety of shapes, levels of creativity, and levels of responsiveness. The internet is full of these designs, and who knows how many there truly are?
