NWTC is one of the major examples that I could find of a site that uses the HTML5 structural elements. our own college, the site intends to bring in students and encourage them to enroll in classes as well as participate in events throughout the campus. Inspecting the site, it is clear that they are using the header, main, and footer elements, while in the student page, they are using header, nav, and main. These elements are important from a persepctive of the flow of a page. You can clearly tell where one section of information on a website begins and where another one ends. While the main page of NWTC is somewhat clustered, I would argue that the student page performs a much better job in terms of normal flow. I would also agree that at the end of the day, the pages fulfill their purposes very well.
